YPURV4 KILL,KILL,KILL,DIE,DIE,DIE, Member 2,813 Member For: 20y 4m 22d Gender: Male Posted 24/03/07 08:28 AM Posted 24/03/07 08:28 AM Hey people just after some feed back I have been thinking of doing this for awhile but havent had the balls to cut apart my bar.but after doing a quick photo shop I want to do it even more now, I really like it and plus its just one more thing I could do to make my car that little bit more unique.Basically I want to cut the bottow air dam out and make the cooler sit in the front of the chassie bar so its kind of right in your face.Anyway im ready for your bad comments but like I said it makes it unique.

You wont gain much in cooling by exposing a few bars of the cooler. MAybe if you were going to go with it, put a solid, strong alloy splitter under it... one gutter hit on the bottom of the core and it's rooted, I have a few bent coolers in the garage from having them exposed like that. It does look cool though

It does look cool though←I was going to make a plate the runs behind, to keep the strenght in there, and to stop it flaping like crazy in the wind.Im not worried about it getting dameged because its already exposed, no mesh but yes bumping the under part on gutters, drive ways is my only concern.EDIT: im not doing it for more cooling more for looks and uniqueness.
