Yeah respray is a bit of a worry from my experience respray on a newish car especialy the same colour either meant hail damage or big accident and issue with colour matching older paint with new paint...just be careful

Leather seats are Standard XR Series Leather known as "Warm charcoal, semi perforated".

These are the ones that come with the Luxury Pack.

Where were you a month ago when I let my identical (minus stripes) one go for $24.5k??

For comparison, it had 44,500kms, and hadn't been resprayed!!

yeah Im sure those are the seats I saw in this car.

And DOH! I was looking a month ago but not as keenly as I am now...

Being in Adelaide I probably would have bought that.

The small bar on the side of the seat may have been the power forward and back for the higher end seats....

Wow Ive fallen for this baby

Ive decided I really like the Lightening Strike colour after seeing a GTP in it with orange striping. that's why I like this one in the link, its the the GTP wheels which look great, what are they worth? Only problem is it hasnt got premium sound which I really wanted... can the colour screen be retro fitted?

I havent bought from interstate before but getting an RAA or similar inspection done and getting it trucked to SA is looking very tempting right now. Over a year of warrantee is appealing.

Well I did it!

Offered 25500 and he took it. Subject to an inspection of course. RAA is doing that for me $239 bit steep (and they dont even do a compression test)

The wheels on it are copies, he says they cost him about $2500.

Seems like a good deal to me, what do you all think of the price? Lot of options but highish K's and no colour screen.

Just gotta figure out if I fly over and drive back or get it trucked. If I do the trucking thing, how does one buy a car from someone interstate? Would escrow be advisable do you think? Do any of the cartage firms have anything like that where they pass on the money and collect the car?

I'd be flyin over and drivin it back, it'll probably cost you less to get there and you'll enjoy the drive back.

Nice catch. :roflmbo:

Great work mate :roflmbo:

As for transporting, I think FPVTRANNY just got one sent down from Cairns and it turned up damaged. :roflmbo:
