Water usage appears to be at normal levels. No recent pilferage when absent.

Still taking twice daily reads of the meter and logging them.

gotta say, I read this with interest. and there is some funny assed comments gettin thrown around.

id say if your suss readings have stopped then you neighbour may have seen you checking the meter and caught on?

it wasnt the bad reading of a 'half' number ticking over was it? the usage from the last bill lines up?

you could be real mature and just piss in his pool every time he goes out

Usage still normal Still negotiating with Sydney Water on the bill.

I can't prove I didn't use ,leak or steal the water and they can't prove that I did.

In other words I ain't paying it.
