Hey people, just wandering if anyone know the what the engine code/clasification in our cars is.

Like in toyota's you had early 2L twin cams were 18R-G's and newer superchaged 4's were 4AGZE.

Does anyone know what the engine in an XR6Turbo is??

Useless information, but I just wanna know.

Engine code is under the bonnet on the VIN sticker.

Code for Turbo is "Y" (same as VCT in AU)

Std engine is "H"

DLPG is "S"

V8 code is "Z" (all V8)
