I am assuming the bracket from the calliper has rubbed on the 'hub' section, causing it to be cut off??But the calliper shows no sigh of damage, and the 'cut' is not perfect, a spinning wheel would cause a perfect cut line.... It seems as though it's fractured, as it has a rough edge??
