Not a %100 sure, but I think that is a Wog cooler. Mate I would suggest cooler 2nd CAI and K&N, and decent tune. Dont aim for more than say 250- 260RWKW, until fuel pump and injectors can be fitted.

You did not mention what gearbox you are running, if a manual, your clutch will slip when really pushed at these power levels, but will do the job anyway. If an auto and with the heat you can get in WA, then a trans cooler should be considered.

Unfortunately mate for the $1000.00 you can get some decent power, but other components IE Cluch/gearbox, injetors, brakes etc will be pushed to their limits.

Running a T5, Already planning on its upgrade, mid next year :) if it dosnt last then the car dosnt get driven simple as that.

Ive got a SS CAI and K&N panel filter fitted already.

what sort of power would I get from injectors + Tune

or Cooler + Tune

Mate go Cooler and tune, and dont aim to high until fuel pump and injectors can be sorted.

Tough you are best to ask tuners, as they can give you the best advice.

Hey guys I just got my flash tuner with generic tunes in it. And ive got another $1000 to spend.

WHat do you's reckon the best wont to spend it is?

Custom tune and what else?

Mate, I'd probably just do a custom tune at this stage, but depending on the model you have if it's a BA/BAII I'd replace the cat too. The tune only should cost you no more than $250 plus dyno time, add around $500 to replace the cat including the cat.

Im leaning towards the cooler+ Tune option.

Im not wanting huge power untill I change the gearbox 260 -270rwkw would be good

crans I do fly over often and do have a trip planed with 4 confirmed cars to tune most likely in december but you are welcome to use simon at xtreame or even barry batton both will do a good job for you at the current level

cooler and tune would be my choice :spoton:
