September 1, 200620 yr #1 Anyone have any idea exactly how much more/less areo-dynamic our utes are?anyone got any co-drag-efficiencies figures? Also would be intrested to see if the hard top makes much difference vs the vinyal top and if the spoiler provides much (any idea of kg) downforce?
September 1, 200620 yr #2 Also would be intrested to see if the hard top makes much difference vs the vinyal top and if the spoiler provides much (any idea of kg) downforce?←wat a silly post....hmm good bikkies!! (marcus ey bruz!!) LOL
September 1, 200620 yr #3 I suspect the spoiler doesn't do muchthe hard top should do quite a bit to reduce drag though.
September 1, 200620 yr #4 Myth busters have done a pick up test on this and it has shown that utes are most fuel afficant with the hard cover on.
September 1, 200620 yr #5 Myth busters have done a pick up test on this and it has shown that utes are most fuel afficant with the hard cover on.←well.............it MUST be true then.............
September 2, 200620 yr #6 Myth busters have done a pick up test on this and it has shown that utes are most fuel afficant with the hard cover on.←more aerodynamic yes, quicker? doubt it.the hardtops on the BA's arent exactly friggin light!! I take mine off whenever I race at the local strip, and drop the tailgate down.
September 4, 200620 yr #8 Did I stumble into the Lamborghini Forum by mistake.....is this about big fat lard arse Falcon utes with the aerodynamics of a Boeing 747......
September 4, 200620 yr #9 Myth busters have done a pick up test on this and it has shown that utes are most fuel afficant with the hard cover on.←more aerodynamic yes, quicker? doubt it.the hardtops on the BA's arent exactly friggin light!! I take mine off whenever I race at the local strip, and drop the tailgate down.←they also said the tailgate up was more aerodynamic then the tailgate down...
