flukeyluke I was rapt with the time with stock  tyres and cooler, but I could have gotten a 12.2 or something like that..but now with the new tune I know that its a high11sec car with street tyres ..

Im just thinking if ppl are running these numbers down the track to show me a time slip if that's possible.

OK, what about checking out the times thread and see if guys have published their rwkw's

Hold on a minute...

Forget the times down the quarter.

The MPH shows power.

The power verus speed will depend on the trans and gear used.

And peak power is only half the story. What is the average power like?

I wouldn't worry about the power. My ute made 193rwkw's stock which is about right, so it wasn't under powered from the start.

But I've had to do about the same mods as you to get about the same power as you while others have done it with a lot less. XR6T8_U to name one. Pr!ck... :gooff:

U ran a 12.4 @114mph. On less power than you have now and you did it on street tyres. If anything that's consistant to the mods you had at the time with the mph and time. If your complaining about the fact that you have an exhaust on your car and its accounted for a modification you have spent money on ect and its not giving you the power figure you rightly deserve, to quote Simon Gishus " Exhaust modifications can be done at any time although testing has shown that below 300rwkw increases are very small."

A nizpro stage 1 kit which you have will give an average power figure of about 270rwkw, you have more than that, due to other mods you have done.

Remember dyno results vary from day to day, car to car. A dyno is a tuning tool primaraly and not a measure of how quick your car is. :spoton:

Needmorepower...

What fuel are you running?

I'm using Optimax Extreme 100 on the recomendation of Simon, he tells me it allows for another 3 degrees of timing and around an extra 10rwkw at the top of the rev range... that will get you close to 300rwkw...

But look at it this way, your car makes 287rwkw in a auto, mine makes 315rwkw in a manual... same weight etc, basically the same car... with essentially the same the mods...

Your car would more than likely hose my car off at the track if they were to meet...
