August 4, 200620 yr #1 Went the Bobby the Jane T Marts today to get my MT put on to my AU rims. When asking about a price for SP 3000's was advised they had 5 off sitting in the shed under a warranty claim due to them falling apart. The dates given to me were 43-46 week of 05.This no. can be found on your tyre eg. "4205" as it says on mine.He told me Dunlop were looking into it.Has anyone got a letter from Ford regarding this yet.Sorry if this is a repost..... cheersJohno
August 4, 200620 yr #2 if your reffering to them cracking up on the inside of the tyre ive seen the problem a few times with the BA my old man used to have. The tyres just started to loose pressure out of nowhere. Ford replaced them under warrenty, as a consiquence he never had to pay for tyres in 3 years. Im hoping my rear tyres start to crack loll

August 5, 200620 yr #7 My Sp3000's smoked so much I thought they were going to burst into flames... I think I gave my last half used set to Shazzy....
August 5, 200620 yr #8 Mate I am still on my first set of tyres SP 3000, have about 26000 k on them with about another 6000-7000 in them. I recently brought another set from Metro ford, got four for $860 on sale. Better than any tyre shop could do me. At the power I am running, yes I can get them to spin, but I gota try. If you really want some contact the Ford dealerships, as the ones they have in stock they are flogging as Dunlop are no longer manufacturing them, at least that is what I have been told.Scotty
August 5, 200620 yr #10 Tell us more, I have no allegience to SP 3000, but for the money they seem a good enough tyre. Does KTFORD deal only in SP 3000 or other tyres.Scotty
