It was great to see you guys out there again. Its a shame George and I broke down together on the same pass. All it was a stupid clip that goes onto the pressure plate on my new twin plate clutch. I have to give Jeff the V8 Rumble award though. A couple of minor mods and a good tune by a newcomer who will be announced soon and you will be right.

Yeh DBOSS did the V8 proud good work JEFF. I broke that large bolt that goes through that bush into the diff, had to remove the whole diff of a job but done. Ready for next week.MY first run no burnout &a 2.444 60 ft got me a 13.4 @117 mph.MY second run burnout in second gear & got 1.960 60 ft mine u I was up against that EVO 9 of JOES I left the line a tad before him,Looking really good changed into second bang she goes.looked @ EVO 9 no really pulling away.I said whats wrong on the return lane he said NO CLUTCH so that was it for us 2.

So Jeff, only mod your running is edit and you picked up .7 on the quater, that's not bad going for just some tune work.

G'day Tony mate the car ran 236 rwklw with a SS cai which may have added 3-4 rwklw and a cat back exhaust which I didnt noitce and difference in power and is very debatable wheather or not I could have lost power and was only fitted for looks and sound but 236 is about spot on for a 290 GT some I have seen 230 to 242 rwklw,there's more than just power its the driveability with things like idle speed,upping the rev limiter, thermo's coming on earlier keeping the car cooler and most important the firming up of the auto

What tyres are you running? Is there much weight difference over the back wheels of the GT compared to a T? 13.3 isnt a bad time, launch must have been pretty clean?
