I would say they have punched in 4000 into the rpm limit,

for the first tune, and then used the same program as a base, for the other two, and forgot to lift the limit.

not hard to do, and they will be able to fix it up easly for you.

If your car is a auto they will not rev past between 3 and 4 grand in neutral this is a design feature to stop people revving the motor up and dropping the auto into gear.

hahhaha the 4 cyl auto fwd burnout. did that once or twice but never again. :sleepystuff:

Got the problem sorted first thing this morning as promised.

The hp-f guys said it was because the code on the cars orginal ecu was entered into the flash box incorrectly (it was dirty). Anyway, now it drives beautifully and is quick!

The biggest thing I have noticed about the flash upgrade is how much smoother and quieter the engine seems to run around town.

FYI: car is a manual, and I had the spark plugs regapped as recommend.
