Tomorrow I turn the big 30  and im just wondering is it normal to feel a bit worried.

I dont know if its just anxiety or to pure silliness but when I think of 30 and then look back on my life,I cant help feel that its all happining too quick.

It just seems like the other day that I met my wife and was hooning around in modified TE Cortinas with my mates and cruising through Surfers paradise but that was like 11 years ago. :msm:

I wouldnt change it for the world what I have made of myself in those 11 years cause I have a exellent wife and 2 healthy and active boys that I adore and a home that im happy in.

Sorry to sound all DOOM AND GLOOM but im just a bit spooked about heading into my next decade.

Can anyone else elabarate on this turning 30 thing :spoton: cause I need some cheering up :glad:

Thanks

YE OLD Trannyman

Darren

Mate pull your act together get over it as you will only be a day older than today.

Congrats young fella.

I reckon it only gets better. My old man once said to me when I gave him a bit of :pooh: about getting old. "The good thing about getting old is you have to stay alive to do it"

I've lived by it ever since.

I wouldn't worry about it mate, this whole turning 30 thing is over rated. The reality is that you will probably be dead next week anyway :pooh:

And then there is the whole diet thing with getting older. Hey, cholesterol... who worries about cholesterol, I drive way to fast to worry about cholesterol!

And then there is the issue of men dying before their wives..... Hey, do you know why men die before their wives?.... because they choose to.

Ok, hope that has brightened your day :spoton:

First - DONT WORRY ABOUT IT

Second - Realise that each day is to be treasured, tomorrow it is history, and you can do nothing about what happened yesterday.

Realise that you do get older, and there is nothing you can do to change that, so ENJOY THE RIDE, AND GET THE MOST OUT OF IT :stupid:

I'm 46 so I know exactly where you are coming from
