Just looking at that prev photo, it almost looks like the edge of the headlight is actually squashing the rubber I/C hose a bit? Or is it just the angle of the shot?

The headlight actually sits on the pipe, so the pipe is being squached a little.

I would be inclined to lower the intercooler a bit if you could, you don't want that rubbing through the hose.
