I use a A/V switchbox. The dvd sound goes through auxillary audion, and the navigation sound runs through it's own speaker. So........I can have a dvd playign and still hear the nav *beep*. OR I can have the Nav on the screen and dvd sound playin. Does this answer anything?Rob Unsure←When yr playing a DVD with the audio through the ICC AUX, do yo hear a whine in sync with the engine? I've got an aftermarket VDO satnav system and a DVD player connected to the ICC via a VDO MultiMedia Centre, and the audio from the DVD player - connected through the ICC AUX - has a real bad interference whine.

I think it's ShockF6 who has a fix for this. About 90 dead presidents should set you straight.
