Hrmm...

What springs did you have Adrian? Are the Pedders that different to the Kings?? Or are one set of springs different to another regardless of manufacturer?

Ive got Lovells

I still dont believe that that is the problem because I have seen so many BAs on there a$$. I refuse to swap mine out.

My suggestion is get the springs swapped for another pair of lovells... might help your cause. I wouldnt rule it out mate, every car will react differently to adjustments and modifications.

Anyone want to swap springs for a day? Preferably Kings and only the rears.

Ok, your problem is diffrent to mine. Mine has the same characteristics in 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th (won't do 80 in 1st!!!!!!). I have a small amount of vibration and some harmonics. Simon suggested tyres and I believe this maybe the cause. If it isn't then I'll punish the &^%$ out of it.

Well what I want to do is see if it is the problem. It takes bugger all time to change out the rears especially lowered rears.

I got them from WA suspensions.

Have you got this vibration issue adrian?  I have a vibration issue that began after I took my T 4WD'ing. I swapped tyres front to back and the problem is still there but slightly less. Still only at 80km/hr. I had a major underneath the car but found nothing. I did notice that the rear (drivers side) tyre....now front....had a very slight wobble in it......the rim appears perfect but I'm suss on this tyre, could be my problem.

Good to hear hippo and glad it's fixed. It's a good feeling when a constant problem is repaired for good. I had a 2000 Jackaroo that would always overheat on long trips. Anyway after taking it to Expensive Daewoo several times they could never find the issue. I then took it to ford (old man worked there) and by the time I had left the building they had found the problem....steel radiator instead of alloy. the rad looked like a ballon on the outer edges.........CLASSIC.

Yeah I have the same as Hip. Ive had it for about 8 months now. It only happens when accelerating in 3rd and above. When im cruizing its not there. Its a real piss off.

I dont think you could call his car fixed (as in Ford putting stock springs back in) as ive seen so many BAs on there a$$.

It feels as if the only time it happens is when the driveline is under its torque.

Cheers

Adrian

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. that's the problem Adrian, apparently (according to Titans) some cars do it while others don't, bloody weird if you ask me :stirthepot: . Anyway, you should feel it up around the 250 mark :spoton:
