David←Have not had any oil pump issues at this stage, but they are in the back of my mind which is why the car has not been raced again. According to the unofficial rules, replacing oil pump gears makes the motor opened, although they themselves do not make a performance gain, it gives you the ability to rev the motor harder which gives it more performance←what they dont know, cant hurt them!
