I've set mine to .89mm & they still miss, just not as bad so at least .8mm.

I spoke to the guys at CAPA today. I have sent my box back to have the new tunes loaded onto it, hopefully this will solve the problem.

Does anyone have any info on the new CAPA direct replacement intercooler? It just has it listed on the site with a price. They are $795, but there are no pictures or specs..

Guys, a correctly set up Edit will not disable the TC; however, a correctly set up Edit may require a custom tune from someone of a worthy capability and reputation. That same person could also check out your electrics at the same time removing the guesswork and conjecture out of the debate; there are several things that can manifest in the way described in this thread and plug gapping may or may not be the answer. Your Edit and PCM tunes may be digital but the rest of car isn't.

My plugs are gapped to .89mm and no problems whatsoever.

down to .89mm did make a huge difference, but I still get them going out on the 10PSI tune, just not as severe.

They'll definately need to go closer to solve the issue.

I had the same prob. Re-gaped the plugs and it was still doing it. Got a custom tune with even more boost and problem fixed.
