F6 Wallops Gt-p

I cannot see a thread regarding the test in Dec. Wheels - where the F6 whipped a GT-P by 2 seconds a lap. This is a very big margin by race-track standards - and you gotta figure that the equaliser is coming with the next model...

Anyone heard the supercharger for Boss rumour??......

2 secs is huge when you consider it was around Calder where the lap times were only in the 1.20's.

Choosing between the two is still a tough choice for me. The instant response of the V8 is a big draw over the F6 even if it is ultimatley faster. Decisions decisions..........

a gt-p with a capa BOSSPD blower kit would be awesome.. doubled up with a water to air cooler

Mondie I dont understand that comment... I had a GTP with 300 RWKW's and In stock form compared to a F6 in stock form the F6 has just as much instant throttle responce... Not to mention the auto F6. I drove the auto today (F6) and I was BLOWEN away. Titan FOrd have agreed to give me one for a full day for a photo shoot for my web site and im going to do a write up on it on there aswell... Man was I impressed.

The 6 Speed auto T I tested had the best auto box I have ever driven.

I agree! Now that would make the choice between the FPV offerings very difficult...

And as for it actually happening?? Well it is only a rumour - but you heard it on this forum first!!....

No worries, l have not driven an F6 yet. l was basing my comment on going from a T to GT a couple of years ago. Now only if you would only come to Melbourne and tune an F6 for me

The comparison done showed the F6 as faster than the GT-P, remembering that the GT-P has much bigger brakes. With a Brembo upgrade to the F6, the margin would be enormous!

I was at Titans finalising the "Better Halves" new Zetec hatch and saw that car. I would have adopted it instantly if it hadn't been silver. I didn't have to bother driving it, cause I've been waiting and waiting and now I'll have BF Auto No 333 in Shockwave, big brakes, sat nav, and a roof for my New Years pressie . Then you'll have a toy to play with Simon. Now I've got 3 of the ba$tards and 8 focus's

Still does'nt look or sound like a GT-P being the fastest does'nt mean better as there's always something faster,both great cars in the own right
