September 15, 200521 yr #12 Author SavageD - I haven't ordered yet either...Where are you from, perhaps an extra order will bring it down further...? Sydney Motorshow 13th... counting down...
September 16, 200521 yr #13 Author OK quizzed the FPV dealer harder on the phone today. It is able to be ordered but build will not start apparently until October 10.Delivery is average 7-10 working days after build (yeah right), so delivery would be end October but more likely first week in November. So real answer is that I could potentially have my new BF Typhoon or Tornado by 4th November which is 7 weeks from today...What's the Project Management rule again...?Double the timeframes, add 10% and then think about putting it on paper... I'll go see his FPV dealer information that he got yesterday, and consider my options...

Sydney Motorshow 13th... counting down...physh, I'll be ordering mine from Melbourne, though I'm in Adelaide at the moment. I can tell you, once I've laid eyes on the F6 at the SydMoSho and confirmed colours/options etc, I be making the order as soon as I can. Good luck with your order
September 16, 200521 yr #15 did they give you a price on the BF, my dealer told me it would be a good $7000 more than what I just bought my BA MK II F6 for !!
September 16, 200521 yr #16 Author Found out the following today from the FPV documentation at the dealer:1: They're having issues with the colour Fantasy, it's not available yet.2: Brembo brakes are now standard on all BF FPVs.3: 6 speed auto optional on all BF FPV's including utes.4: Orders for FPV's will be accepted at 1st October, for at best case 1 November delivery.5: Climate control & Premium sound is available as option on Tornado Ute.6: The BF FPV range will be more expensive, unsure exactly how much yet.The dealer will have a quote for me on Monday.

I got given the same BS story last year (almost 12 months to this day!!)LWF = Lying Weasel Factor - applied regulalry by all good Ford DealershipsGood Luck Anyway - I think you've made the right decision!!!
September 16, 200521 yr #18 did they give you a price on the BF, my dealer told me it would be a good $7000 more than what I just bought my BA MK II F6 for !!<{POST_SNAPBACK}>...makes sense given the BF will have Brembo's as standard fittment - they cost around $6,000 (and that's without the luxury car tax on top!)
September 17, 200521 yr #19 7k more is that without the auto cos that seems a big increase maybe the f6 will get a nice 60-80kw power rise
September 17, 200521 yr #20 Goodluck with that considering dealers wont even be getting stock till last Oct early Nov...The car isn't even released till the 13th of Oct which is 4 weeks away...<{POST_SNAPBACK}>I got an invite to go to the BF launch in WA from Flinty on 17th Oct.But I'm too scared, I havn't got room for any more FPVs
