I seem to get a lot more road noise from these than the 3000s on the T

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

The 9000's are very noisy, its the only reason they don't make it into the top tyre category.

Get yourself some Michelin PS2's.

Best road tyre in the world, wet, dry and noise wise.

At $715 a corner you would want them to be anyway!!

45 in the front 40 in the rear (19's) when I did my last defensive driving they recomended 36psi around town and 40 on the freeway for most tires and to add another 5 psi for low profile tyres.

Your Last ?

How many have you done ?

done 2, neither in the T, looking at doing 2-3 more in the T, there bloody good fun, and well worth the money

I'm running 41 in the front and 37/38 in the rear. You need a higher pressure in the front to combat tyre roll and wear on corners. I run lower in the rear because at 41 they are difficult to get traction when launching.

I agree. I run 42 front (cold temp, on a cold day) and 40 on the rears.

I go through tyres fast, but that's not due to the tyre pressures!

35 in my opinion is way too low unless you drive slowly.
