that's a stupid post mate. Jeff is simply chasing more power as alot of other car enthusiasts....If you dont like the idea of NOS that's fine but please for gods sake save yourself the humiliation and dont relate horsepower and anal sex.

Anyway...wouldn't it be more like a threesome? Maximising the potential of what you are packing for greater enjoyment (power?)

Oh....OK....this is what's happened to this thread.....

Anyways, sad to see a detonated ford donk, at least you can be proud that you did a good job.

I bet It made one hell of a loud noise!

No that billet h-beam rods and forged pistons...  and too much NOS going through it....

Sorry to see that Jeff, didn't expect this with H-beams and the rest.

You have my sincere condolences hope you sort it out soon and get your baby back on the road.

May I ask how much NOS caused this damage, and did you melt a piston or did you detinate.

Spiro

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

It melted number 2 piston and number 6 was running a little lean and that was injecting the NOS into an APS inlet pipe on 100 hp shot with bottle warmer...

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I Thought that might be the case.

But what can you do! Are you using an aries piston? Iff not you should look at them closely for NOS engine running. And sort out the fuel issue because lean on one cylinder is almost always going to cause this.

Regards

Spiro

Yes mate it was an Arais piston too.. I will get pics now...
