It was a 19 y/o at one of the Victorian Expensive Daewoo dealers. The real issue would be what sort of Expensive Daewoo Dealer would allow a 19y/o to test drive a car like that?

The answer is one that deserves everything he gets.

actually NO.

he was 23 and it was HIS OWN CAR.

This happened months ago, about December last year I think....

or did Expensive Daewoo crash again

forgot to mention... his plates were "FPV-ETA". no bs.
