May 22, 200521 yr #1 thinking of conducting a case study to see if all edited cars produce error code's!free of charge if you have edit and would like to know if in fact the thing has triggered codes this is for you and all others with future edits!it is posible that not all edited vehicles will have triggered codes especially utes!all workshops with scanners can be involved if they wish!it will be a simple plug in check codes if there are codes record the code post it in an anonomus poll then recheck after 1-2 weeks dependant on driving habits!what are your thaughts?
May 22, 200521 yr #3 Think about it for a minute NickOf course a lot of utes generate a backaground forced traction shutdown code.....they dont have traction control.....Think about stuff before you post it Nick. All it does is create confusion when really its a basic fundamental piece of understanding. Why dont you do it with all 'T's whether they have been edited or not? The results just might possibly surprise you. Edited May 22, 200521 yr by Street Tuner

May 22, 200521 yr #5 Would be interesting to see the codes generated by both Factory and Edited cars. Also the diff (if any) where the TC fix is is place vs old edits which disabled TC due to perceived fault , and presumably relevant error code(s).

(cant sell them a box if they already got 1) hence no add. issues!!!!

Should check again in a few weeks

May 23, 200521 yr #10 As I understand it every BA generates 2 ghost fault codes, there alway there. From memory ones something to do with the windscreen wipers and I'm not sure on the other.
