Got Busted Speeding

Hi All,

Coming home about 5pm on the Cunningham Hwy in Ipswich, and was cruising at 100km/h. I saw this red sh*tbox Late model camira VC/VK comming up behind me in the righ hand lane, so I moved over to the left as you do. Anyway, he shot past me at least doing 130-140km/h and I thought what a loon. Anyway around comes a slight corner and what you know a policeman on a motor cylcle was doing a mobile radar. Already pulled him over and had a yellow ticket book in his hand. Anyway, I said to myself, sucked in, servs you right!!!

Anyway, it doesnt pay to speed.

Ah well, a small donation every now & then don't kill ya. A couple of BA's recently had a "run" at Carbrook, the GTP got pinged for 145kph in a 80, 3 month walking priveledge & $700.oo.

WTF I got done for 120 in 80 zone the other day ( ) and got $368 and 6 months walking priveledges...

And before anyone gets all up in my face it was out in the middle of f*cking no where and I just got unlucky... worst still it was one of those 10 sec rushes to the head where you floor it a bit and back off and the cop comes hammering up behind u... cop didnt want to be kind to me...

You just cant take the risk now a days.

Especialy on those double demerit point Public Holidays.

I usualy drive the other half's Focus on those days so I dont get tempted to give it a bit with the "T".

I think a Radar Detector will be on the cards soon...
