I always use a silicone based spray or liquid as it protects and lasts for ages as it repels water.

I am trying a few different brands but the silicone sprays are not cheap.

I have however found a can of Wet look spray specifically for car tyres which seems to be a silicone base for approx $5 at repco, seems to do the job. :crybaby:

that's the best. Simple, clean to use and lasts pretty well. Importantly, it dries pretty quickly so when you go for a cruise in your freshly clean car, residue doesnt spray all over your panel work.

bah, that armourall is sh!t. total crap.

In a big bright orange and white can with black writing, "YUK OFF Tyre and bumper shine" $7 a can and works awesome. just one quick spray and its stays a very high gloss for about 2 weeks.

Used to use foams but stumbled across Kitten Tyre Rejuvenator by accident (think I got it in a gift pack for Xmas or something?) and have used it ever since. It's a silicone based spray, pretty cheap and super easy. 4 tyres takes about 2 minutes - no mess, looks great, lasts for a couple of weeks. :w00t2:
