Posted 04/01/05 01:12 AM Share Posted 04/01/05 01:12 AM We have been homebrewing for years, black rock- bockand colonial lager add some malt only use bundy sugar to bottles ,dextrose to mexture ,bottle in about a week, then in about 4 to 5 weeks party time.We use clear stubs here because you can see any sh*t in the bottles.Kegs are the way to go Home brew kegs that is.Get about 63 stubs per brew, had about 8 brews ready at one time. Damn it's nice. Yes, 120 stubbies at a time and keep em cold, but I'm struggling to keep em in the fridge long enuf!!! You can take it home in a keg too..Filtered, no mess, no bad brews. $1 each.EVERYONE who comes over drinks 'em, even if they don't like beer....AND NO HANGOVER.
