This PDF claims that they can get 309 Kw and 562 Mn out of a standard xr6t for the small price of $1490.

If this document is true that's one hell of an improvement.

Sounds good, but, what about the durability of that dammed manual! That would be the big thing stopping me, and insurance, oh, and for the same price I would rather get a unichip from APS and get it tuned specifically for my car and whatever other mods I have/will have done.

Looks good, thought I'd wait a while longer and see what other tweakers are releasing.

I would be very carefull about this product. Check a few articles from Autospeed and you will see what I mean.

Im guessing its when you use Premium Unleaded fuel.

Yeah the Gold I for PULP while the 98 can ONLY run on 98RON fuel like Ultimate,Optimax etc.Simple now

CnC is on the money. I will be going the Chiptorque item myself. $1490 for a chip is way over the top!!

Reading the brochure shows its more than a chip. It takes half a day to install.

It seems a very big increase given that replacment factory rally computers for WRX's dont even deliver that much of an increase!

That is excessive,Dads XR8 chip that was custom tuned from them was $950,the tuning wasn't much just enough to take into account a bigger exhaust,some nice extractors and a K&N filter but still another 500!Maybe they gotta pay for the guys manual tranny...
