Hi Gents,

The IVSC 3302 will not work in the BA's because it has no RGB output or input.

The IVSC 1102 is now available and allows for 1 input to RGB.

The 5502 will work but is only usefull if you are going to add additional screens.

Cheers

Does anyone know what sort of price the 1102 would be selling for?

Also what is the price for a 5501?

Not really, yes you need NTSC RGB to drive the ICC, but component can be just as much of a PITA to get our of a device as RGB.

xboxen work well becuase RGB in NTSC is easily available, it's a simply cable and EEPROM job.

If you have a DVD player with component output then this widget will work. Component /= CVBS /= S-video

I have found a chipset and development kit etc that lets me take any input (CVBS, S-Vid, RGB etc) and convert it to NTSC RGB, with no drama, it's even programmable for things like overlay etc.

In fact if someone came to me right now and said heres a stack of $$ I'd be able to build a full working prototype of the entire BA ICC media system without having to think much at all. That includes managed device power, xbox running off 12v NOT invertor, Sat Nav interface ability, audio and video switching etc

Unfortunately money is my limiting factor with the project.

ok lets make it simple now we start at the xbox and we need to get a 12volt to 240 inverter then we run the xbox into another inverter say the IVSC-5501 or the IVSC-3302 when the audio will run through the aux and help me out in were the other parts go and the xbox acts as the dvd mp3 etc but it needs to have a chip
