You should be able to run your power cable from the battery through the clutch hole (cause you have an auto) and into the cabin. As for accessories, go to you owners manual and look up the fuse for something like the Mobile phone, or better still the premium audio amp (not fitted to ute) and use that. Anything pluged into that fuse will be activated by the ignition switch.

SO any of the power wires running to the stock amp work as an ignition wire?? weird!! Ill have to test that one out for myself! will sure save alot of headaches in wiring up an ignition switch wire!!

Cragin,

Go to Cro's website and read up on how he ran the power from the battery for his CB radio setup. I've done much the same for my CB unit and it works well.

Piece of advice, make sure you put two fuses on that line. One at the battery end of the cable and the other just before your unit.

All the fuses in the cabin are operated by the ignition, I tried using the ones marked as battery and they turn off when the key is off.

Just use a unused fuse slot of sufficient rating.
