Oh well, my turn to bring up the rear

Thaks Al, :bomb: it was a good day, even if I had to miss lunch and do some "family duties" down the road. Not having a "throttle control" in teh passengers seat made it easier to "bungy", but not when someone else wants to "bungy" at the same time :nono:

Looking forward to the next one, but maybe the autokhana is worth a look out. I'll try to get some video pics to post.

Davo,

I think if the throttle control was not in the passengers seat it would not have made much difference. By the time I had a clear stretch of road the horses had bolted - not knowing the turnoff didn't help either. I was looking down the right when I now think I should have been looking down the left.

All and all a great day - looking forward to the next one - hopefully it won't be me lost next time.

I heard a little conspiracy theory with the respect of lack of different colour models at the run. Those drivers not wishing to stand out of the crowd purchase the duller colours to blend in and are less likely to form a convoy due to the introvert nature. Ooops - hope I don't start a war here, but if it gets more variety to the next run, I'll take it.
