Dwellingup Cruise Pics

Well OK... I can take the wrap for being the only vehicle that didn't quite make it.

Things were going fine up until SW Highway where I lost the group thanks to a lovely magna and commodore. I could see the tail of the blueprint dissappearing into the distance. The speed limiter in the passenger seat helped in the process (and ensured no speed records were broken).

By the time I got past the traffic everyone had gone - I thought when I made it to Pinjarra that I must have missed a turnoff - not a XR to be seen anywhere.

After a little pit stop at a friends house it was all too late.

For the time I spent behind the blueprint GT - all I can say is that was one sweet note.

Even though it was short-lived it was a good ride....looking forward to the next run.

I will make sure I get directions or stay in the middle for the next one.

Sorry to hear that mate, I was going to stop at 'Floopers' in Nth Dandalup but both EID and myself thought you were all there.

Next cruise I will make a mud map so we all know the correct route.

The next one will be up closer to you, hopefully Swan Valley.

Will keep you posted.

I would have been fine except for the magna and Late model camira and no stretches of clear road to pass - it felt like the local old persons home had also decided to go for a Sunday drive. The last I saw the tail of the GT he had about 4 km on me.

I must admit I have no clue where 'floopers' is although given the 2.5 hours to drive down and back, I gave the car a fair workout.

The next run through the Swan Valley would be great and alot closer to home - some beautiful contry side up here as well. The earlier the better in the season for the spring run as we know how much the T's love the cold air.

It was good to see a group together although there is much room for improvement next time and I am sure we could do better than 10 cars. What about the missing colours - silhouette? Phantom? and the others

how about all the west australian members of the forum should start letting the hawk man know there where abouts now so we can plan a large cruise to spring in the valley.

Had a great time guys, was a bit tired on the day but the red bull and chocolate kept me going. Next time I won't stay up cruising all night long.

Would look forward to coming along to another run some time. Make sure its when I'm back in Perth Al.

Thanks for getting the cruise to happen Redhawk. The trip was well worth it and I believe we all enjoyed meeting up. As for the next cruise in the Swan Valley area that would be just great if say 20/25 cars made the trip. Lets here from all you members out there that will come along on this trip.
