I picked mine up today as well! I haven't driven it for an hour or so now but my heart is still pounding like I'm behind the wheel! I'm never going to get to sleep tonight :D

Guys I am finally back! Damn, I'de forgotton how hard they go.......remembering it was over six weeks since I test drove one.

Full tank? She was empty when I got her....... :gooff:

They'de also "forgotten" the mats, flaps, light protectors etc etc.

I was so :banned: mad but there was NO WAY I was leaving it there to be finished.

Apart from the actual handover problems, the cars magnificent, already done just under 600 k. So far........no drive line shunt, no brake shudder and believe me the brakes have been tested! :w00t2:

I have noticed the "ATTENTION" the car pulls, I don't think I've been at a set of lights yet without someone having a go.

Its more like the game "need for speed, underground" than a trip to grab a packets of smokes and some milk.

If it was, I would have already unlocked at least four SS comodores, a couple of WRX's and numerous nissans.

There was a Lancer Evo IV (I think it was a 4) last night, but I thought I better let her loosen up before giving her to much.

Anyway I let the MRS take it to work today, poor thing, first time she's driven it since we got it, actually I don't think she'd even sat in the pilot seat until this morning.

Hopefully by tommorow morning I'll have some photos to post. The black with the sports leather and red stiching look great and while unpracticle the anologue clock with the red illumination sets it of nicely.

:pooh: I wonder if she'd mind if I went and swapped the cars........ :w00t2:

And the best thing is, the smile's still there every time you drive it.

I know what you mean, our local shops are only about 3 km's away, I used to be able to get down, grab the milk and be back in about 5 minutes. Since I picked the "T" up it takes at least 1/2 hour and the distance.........well lets just say I have given new meaning to the term "scenic route". :k24t:

Just sent my complaint letter to the owner of the dealer I bought the car from........... funny how after a complaint that's copied to head office, how quickly the reaction time is! :spoton:

Seriously though, my trade was presented to them in a cleaner state than the car I picked up.

Still trying to decide if driving to the MRS work and swapping the cars is worth a night on the couch............ Ahh.........not really a decsion to be made. :drunk:

For any of you guys that live in Brissy, there'll be another T on the coast tommorow night.
