That's what I do and its allot easier and cheaper then getting a turbo timer.

They can be had for as little as $50 now so cost isn't the issue, they're just not necessary if you don't thrash the balls off it all the way into your driveway then turn it straight off. Drive the last minute or 2 of your trip normally & all will be swet
