    Xbox 360

Price will drop earlier for the 360 the PS3 is going to lauch worldwide in November 2006. For something like 400US Dollars.
  2. If was was to remove the center muffler, should I go for straight pipes of hot dogs in them, is it worth getting pipes with mandrel bends in them? Does anyone know what rwkw the Generic Capa tunes are roughly getting on average,? I know that each car is different.
  3. So would I just be better off removing the center muffler? If I remove it should I put hotdogs in? Would I need a custom tune if I removed the center muffler? Would the generic CAPA tune work? With the edit, it is my understanding now that CAPA generic tunes are so good now its not worth getting a custom tune, is that correct? I hope to get about 240rwkw. Is that possible with stock manual T56 2nd Typhoon CAI/BMC Filter, Center Muffler removed, without putting the stock internals at too much risk?
  4. Mahoy....does that mean that APS wont sell you an exhaust system unless you buy the Phase 2 kit? . <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was told from APS that the exhaust system at this point in time is only offered in the Phase II system. From what geea and APS has said there would be no point, in buying the exhaust system buy itself.
  5. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions, I want to mod the exhaust in the car MKII Turbo Manual. I think I just want to change from the CAT back, or should I change the CAT as well? I contacted APS and they told me that the exhaust system is only offered in the Phase II system, and is a complete exhaust system from the turbo back. I see no point in getting this as I am going to I want to get the edit a couple months after the exhuast is put in. Furthermore they said, the Ford’s are very temperamental when it comes to modifying without some form of ECU device to tune for the added modifications. So they recommend that I have the vehicle tuned when fitting any extensive modifications to airflow/exhaust flow. So does this mean that I have to get edited at the same time or is there a system where I don't need an edit staright away? Sorry, if this sounds stupid, I am still learning.

    Towing

I think you will find the limit for the manual is actually 1200kg (well that's what Ford recommend anyway).
  7. Sorry guys, I am a little confused (new to this scene) doesn't the wog have a really good reputation? Why else would people want him to travel all of the country?
  8. Well I wouldnt go to Keilor in a hurry vik...and I have my reason for that!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I am also looking @ getting the edit done in the new year and I am from the western suburbs from Melbourne. I heard nothing but good sttuff about the wog on this site a couple of months ago.... and now its gone all quiet????????
  9. Yeah, I thought it was crap taking to a different dealer. Is $70 about right for oil and filter change at 3000km?
  10. I spoke to RACV just before and they said as long as any mods are not illegal they will be covered. I explained to them what the edit is and what it does and they were fine with that.
  11. I just went to book my car in for the 3,000km service with my local dealer and they said they will not change the oil and filter even though I wanted it done. They said that Ford have told them not to do this as they are using a running in oil and then he started crapping on how if they change it warrenty would be void. Does this sound like to anyone else?? But I was thinking they have a chance to make money on the oil and filter why wouldn't they just change it???
  12. I have my insurance with RACV in victroia and I am 23 years old and I paid $850 for my full comp insurnace last month, and you can do any mods as long as they are vicroads\rta\epa compliant
  13. Because it wasn't a Expensive Daewoo
  14. I picked up my Typhoon CAI yesterday and I looking @ filters and I am not sure if I should go with a K & N for $119 or a BMC for a $190. I was told from the guy at autobarn that BMC is a much better filter and allows a better air flow, I had a look at both and they both seem pretty similar or is he just full of . Should I just go with the K & N or is it worth the extra $70 for the BMC????
  15. Stang or anyone else intrested I picked up a Typhoon CAI for $79.13, and they did not ask for a VIN. They still have two in stock. I probably should mention this was from City Ford in Melbourne.
