my turbo ute is an auto and has done 4,900k's.its had a bit of a floggin but I drove it easy to see if it would get any better fuel average which it just gets the same as driving it hard.

thanks Mondie.I'll give my local dealer a call tomorrow.I didnt think it was normal to get fuel consumption like that.

does anyone know if the main computer can be remapped for better fuel consumption? the only reason is my turbo ute gets around 18-19L per 100k around town,and that's not reving it past 2000rpm!

the due date for my hardtop is now end of april in blueprint.it'll be six weeks late but noy much I can do!

Has anyone been waiting for hardtops for their utes?if so how long?I've been waiting three weeks,since I've picked up my car.told there hard to get,on backorder.

my dealer wanted to charge $1695 del.took a while to negotiate ,but in the end didnt have to pay delivery fee.try to rip me off.no one should have to pay.how much money do they make anyway?

got a turbo ute and in the first 300k's I was averaging 16L /100k.I would expect more like 13L /100k on a trip

around june/july ford will be releasing the utes with the hardtops fitted at the factory,rather then at the dealers. this way there wil be no lugs on the side.

My blueprint xr6t ute with all extras came in today.wont get until friday cause im getting tint done. gotta wait for the hardtop,on backorder for a few weeks. On monday it will be getting lowered and maybe some new rims.will post some pics when done.

my brothers friend had his xr6t car as a test for unichip.the chip they used has the same rear wheel kw as a 300kw gts.he said it has better fuel economy and quicker accelaration in high revs.the chip is only for autos so far.cost is around $1600.cant wait to get one myself!

I ordered my xr6t ute mid february with all options and its due here any day now! it is for my business as a lease too.why are some peoples cars taking so long to be built?I feel kinda bad cause im getting my car so quick. im only 22 and insurance is only costing me $1056 dollars as rating 1
