haha well I got my wish looks like a few people got the word out, list has shot to 15 in the past hour

I'd like to secure at least 15 out of 30 but happy to keep a few spots free. If enough cars enter I'll split them into categories (4, 6 8 and forced induction) but atm only v8 commos and turbo 6's have entered.

Hey guys, Bitten off a lot trying to organise this dyno day and seem to be hitting brick walls... =/ only have 10 entries so far and really keen to see this happen. I know most of you guys are all tried and tested on the track and the dyno days are long gone for you, but any help getting the word out would be greatly appreciated. Anyone here reckon they can help me out getting numbers up? Any help GREATLY appreciated, cheers all =)

It's only $40 a head and a few diff clubs entering so should be some good rivalry and make for a good day. Well I've had a chat with Eastside automotive and they seem pretty keen to hold the event. Will be lloking for numbers at around the 20 mark (already up around 12-13 ppl interested in coming) and will be capped at 30 entrants. Fees will be around $30 to $40 a head. Trying to secure a date for sat 18th of May but yet to be confirmed. If your keen, quote this message and add your name to the bottom =) Cheers! Date Confirmed for May 18th. Begins 8.30am at Eastside Automotive, 55 Oaklands Road Somerton Park. Pricing will be $40 a car which will include a light run to make sure everything is strapped down and mechanically sound followed by 2 power runs with a printout of your highest figure. Eastside can only cater for 30 cars due to time and space constraints, so get your names in now and be clear! Just a minder... if you put your name down you need to commit. If people start pulling out at last minute it affects all of us. If you have something you are trying to fix or a project nearing completion it will need to be ready etc. so get it done now! P.S. most people interseted would be lucky to see the otherside of 300 as far as I know, it's really just a few SS/R8 commys with cams - so no real competition here as far as I know but keen to help them out, they're a good bunch of blokes. bugger... typical I'm always away for the good stuff. the mallanats cruise woulda been nice. Got the ute entered for a show n shine next sat (old skool new age) at morphette vale. I get home thurs and dents out paintless dent dude is comeing friday, and I gotta get a full polish and detail in before sat morning. gonna be bussahy. Be glad to see the those bloody dents gone

could just about cry everytime I polish the car... =( fkn asshles... apart from these two very visible dents ute was pretty well mint. 'dents-r-us' quoted me $140 for the rear and $220 for the side, but he seemed a bit dodgy...

hi all just thought I'd post cos havent in a while. utes going good, lubed up the boost solenoid recently and made huge difference. Looking at getting some dent removal done at some point, some nasty asss MF decided to leave the imprint of their edge of their car door in the side of my ute (thanks flinders secure parking not), and another smaller one in the rear tailgate which should be pretty easy to remove. Been looking at paintless dent removal, I've tried foyles bloke and they dont wanna touch the one from the door. Rang my insurance and I'd be charged $400 excess for each =/ bit pissed at that... so who does good dent removal? reasonably cheap?

Just gotta make sure your plates showing or the cops will rob you blind

advice I got from tyre/rim store when I put my 20's on is it had nothing to do with rim size but like said above rolling diameter must be within certain range and all minimum load/speed ratings must still apply on tyres and rims. width wise, tyre can not be protruding out past the widest point of the wheel well or bolt on guard whichever is the greater? correct me if I'm wrong
