Never done it myself I work for ford so have acces to ids etc but seems swapping the pats and bem will work from others experience

Theres a number of looms that run behind the dash it couldve chewed, only accesible by removing the dash, its easy to pull out

Any reason for going the 50? Space is pretty limited down there... I shoved the 45 up there as a test and theres bugger all room, seems turbosmart and tial are the only ones compact enough to fit in the space...

When you pull it apart make sure the magnet is still in the little arm as that's what the pcb gets its signal to shift from
