18's and a bit of sidewall height looks very good. Understated, very V8SC kind of look. -
I bought an XR6T & saved the $. The $ saved has so far bought a full set of bilsteins & a few key bushes, springs f&r, 6 spot brembo's & DBA 5000's for the front, next month will be BBS rims & tyres. I'm not worried about KW...yet.

Any lucky forum members had any experience of upgrading from a BF to a FG XR6T ute? Just wondering how much, if any better the FGs are.

Just under $38K for my auto with ZERO options. I have bought 5 vehicles from the same guy in the last 2 years so I know what they are costing, he shows me all of their internal paperwork as well. I believe him when he ells me its his best price. I'm going after market for everything. Wheels, brakes, gps screen thing, suspension etc. I was going to go FPV but there prices are bullsh*t.

So is it a bolt on upgrade? No magic adaptors or anything required?

Just ordered my ute. White with 0 options. Am going after-market for everything except KWs (I like warranty). Suspension is sorted through Quadrant (Bilstein kit), now its brakes. I like the 6 spot brembo option available so will get that with some DBA rotors but what about the rear? Who makes a matching 4 or even 2 spot rear kit for the utes? I see they are an option on the FoolishlyPricedVehicles but cant find a kit after-market. Car will be taken to Phillip Island & Sandown for a few track days so I plan to change pads & the day before. Any body (sponsors) have any ideas?

Gday. I am after a new ute & have been looking at either an FPV or XR6T ute. I like the FPVs but am wondering about the price difference and how to justify it. If I bought an XR I would be changing the suspension, brakes & wheels using quality after market gear. Power upgrades later. What made you guys buy an FPV? Just a badge isnt enough for me, so I would love to hear other opinions. Thanks all.
