Take the second one out and try and blow thru it, if it blows one way and not the other you have a quick and easy answer. Hope this helps

I got an update about 30 mins ago from my mates wife that works at the dealer, promised her and the car controller chick if they can get the car in before the date they originally quote I would give them $100 each or their choice of alcohol, lo and behold my car will be here either tomorrow or monday, so should have it Tuesday next week, its amazing what money does to people. Now just gotta wait for the mods to arrive from Rapid and its game on. I am slightly worried about the clutch, that will be the next thing to be upgraded depending on how it copes.

Well first I would like to say gday, been lurking around make the odd comment here or there and thought it was about time I posted something useful or atleast amusing. I ordered my FG Manual XR6 Turbo ute on the 4th of September, delivery is scheduled for the 19th or 20th of October pending dealer PD and transport times. So what do I do while I am waiting for my new ute to arrive? Order some performance bits of course ! Im hoping the parts and the car arrive in the same week or there abouts On order is: Stage 1.0 highflow intercooler kit (black powder coated) 60lbs Siemens Deka injectors and rail adapter kit x3 with generic tune to suit above mods High flow cat Cant wait till my car arrives to fit all this good stuff, I am reasonably handy with tools and my mate who is a mechanic is coming round as soon as the ute arrives to fit the bits. Soon to follow will be a custom dyno tune pending cash flow of course. This sunday we are fitting a supercharger kit to his father in laws super pursuit ute so should get me in good stead for things to come with my ute. Got to say that Chris from Rapid is great to talk to on the phone and really helpful on email about what bits a pieces should be done while under a certain budget, great work for a site sponsor, thanks again Chris, will be looking into the exhaust we chatted about as soon as the funds allow. Will be great to be back into a turbo rear wheel drive after driving my Grandfathers Asthmatic Nissan Pulsar Q for the last 4 years (Cheap to run but f*ck all fun).

I am thinking about getting a few packets of the Voilent bass air for the tub on my ute when it arrives, also I like the idea of a variable power band and maybe if I can save enough an engine oil bypass kit, if they have some no fear stickers I reckon the above should easily give me an easy 7 second ride, dont want to go too crazy though so might have to limit it to 2 no fear stickers.

Somebody please tell me they have got elbow grease and wiper fluid !

my guess and this is only a guess would be a damaged intercooler pipe or join somewhere leaking pressure, have you run through all your joins and plumbing? Doh- I see Worm has posted the same thing while I was writing my response.

If Expensive Daewoo built a half decent car there wouldnt be this mess, and while we are on the topic, can you really call a VL turbo a Expensive Daewoo its basically a nissan with a Expensive Daewoo badge, I owned one, but soon to be a Ford man, I have come across to the Dark Side (apparently you have cake?) and wont be looking back on the 19th of Oct my new XR6T ute will arrive.
