  1. I say go the FG, much better car with the fruit to start with, and you will still get reasonable money for the BA MkII with 70,000 kms, cheers
  2. Looks the goods, ford always come up with nice wheels, anyway how do these 50th's compare to the normal XR6T's obviously theres badges any other changes, Cheers.
  3. Nice BA 150k sold for $10800 (carsales) a week or so ago, cheers.
  4. Just wondering about 06/06 Bf I knew it had same bottom end as F6 but wasnt sure about valve springs, can this be further supported, commented on, Thanks
  5. Right you are was supposed to be 100,000 not 10,000, nice work though. Cheers
  6. Bufhoon right you are, but this is only a small minority, and if you are ADR compliant you have the paper work to prove it, end of story. Cheers
  7. Now if it was only 10,000 people not 500,000 and each paid an average of $30.00 a week that's $3 Million a week, you reckon that's not going to be worth it? Cheers
  8. Further, if a modded car was involved in a fatal accident, if known that the said car/driver was on a forum telling everyone about the mods the car had done to it, I can asure you it would be used as evidence to show negligence. I could just imagine the Police Prosecutor stating to the Judge how the defendant openly bragged about his illegal mods on an international forum. I dont think I would like to be that person. Therfore, I feel to protect yourself I would be stating that "if I was going to be modding such and such" instead of stating "my mods include" or "I know someone who did this". In this form it is not an admission, therefore cant be used as self incriminating evidence. Be careful Big brother may not be on TV anymore be he's there. Cheers
  9. Just a quick reply, if you openly admit to modding your car on a public forum you have just provided prima facia evidence, now you have a case to answer for, and this would allow authories the right to inspect your vehicle because YOU have provided an admission to guilt, Cheers
  10. Bufhoon, I am hearing(reading) you. But in relation to resouces V's benefit. The vehicle rego number could be logged into police system. I understand that current technology through cameras allows for rego's to be processed and if a matching number is identified then an alert is triggered. Now when police look up info it will highlight areas of interest, such as EPA interest/concern. This information is also available to the Department of Transport, who I might add have similar legal powers as police. My concern is if somebody of authority pushed that these areas require investigating, especially with the public concern over hooning it would have the support of the public.
  11. Hi all, I thought about whether to add this thread or not, as it is contenscious. I have noticed a number of people showing pictures of modded to heavily modded cars with number plates showing. As this is a public forum it is open for all to see. Now if the FBI and laywers can use evidence (prima facie) from facebook, surely the authorities if asked to investigate a Ministerial complaint from a pollution greenie that stated that there were a number of vehicles that clearly disreguard EPA laws and that the Government (who is borrowing $100,000,000 a day) could take advantage of a massive winfall, and help the environment at the same time. Once a car is making more power than standard it will not fall within the stated pollution parameters. It is very important to protect your privacy, and not make their job easy. Cheers.
