Hi guys I have a 2006 Bf turbo and the other night it started playing up. Kinda sounds like a hose blown off and no boost until about 5000rpm in 3rd gear then its full boost. its like it only boost loaded up. ive checked all the hoses and the look fine.Any help will be great

Theres a post a page or so back, Car was cold and had a major boost spike. Made a pretty good pop haha

Blew a hole in each side of the block and one out the bottom haha did a good job.

normally spins second to 3rd no worries hit 3rd and it gripped and loaded up. My own stupid fault. And yeah you know when they pop haha

2 k down the road, Running late for work jumped straight in and left.

Second to 3rd boost spike and a cold motor. Ill try get some pics on the weekend, pretty impressive hole in the block.

Put a rod out the side of the block... haha

put lower watt globes in and so far so good,
