  1. Well done guys sounds like a lot hard work paid off in the end, Congrats to all involved. Looks like the boys from Melbourne Bill & Vele will have dust off there race-suit and see if they can start to put the pressure back onto the SYDNEY boys, it's going to be a very tuff challenge to respond in full weight, might be time to bring out the hole-saw boys . Can't wait, once a again bloke well done and congrats on being quickest BA XR6T
  2. Yeh mate your definitely wrong ! it still runs the C10 trans and just to remind you once again this car is full weight nothing removed.
  3. sorry guys made typing error it ran a 9.20 sorry fellas
  4. Congrats to Carmine with his new PB 9.20 @153.9 in his purple XR6T on E85 at Heathcote on sunday also the big congrats to the guys responsible for the build of that car, Ricky, Gtech Performance and Andrew, Preston Automatics, first time out in a while and already back into 2nd second fastest. I think we are going to see this BA pull well away from the rest just like Bill & Vele's Citric BA.
  5. If you like some proof only the time slip is all I can get, they don't have videos , I hear that on the 26th of June if the weather is going to be any good the car will be at calder for some 60ft launches and if they can sort it out it will do some full passes, I'll definitely take my video camera to that meeting.
  6. Well done to all involved that is mighty impressive with a 1.7 60ft,118 mid track this FG has shown it truly going to push it self in to second position. Lets state the obvious, with a better launch it will pick around 2-3 mph in the mid track, if the C4 trans holds to together surely it will run ET's between 9.3 to 9.0. can't wait to see this happen. Congrats 6 boost-Braiden-Elite Perforamnce
  7. Well done Andrew from Preston Automatics has been involved in the build up and developing the two main XR6T cars from Gtech Performance Bills Citric Ba & Carmines Purple Ba. Now also has proven that he really is the man when it comes putting a modified 4spd XR6T trans to the test, on the weekend at Heathcote park at Ford Forums meeting his customer ran a 9.98@143mph in the Orange Ba REGO know as CLINIC and I believe that Dion from DYNOMITE was responsible for the engine setup well done to all involved and congrats too all.
  8. Guy's the Gtech posting name is not Dennis, you are talking to one of their customers, Dennis does not need tips on how to make this car work and he is not the driver of the citric Ba nor is the owner of the car the driver is darko
  9. Guy's the tire size is 29.5 X 10.5 X 15
  10. Just like D1A31 in previous post mentioned that the boys were there to sort out the car with the new trans. Only time will tell at calder park. As for the intercooler it is water air not dry ice As for the power figure you state you are incorrect, well past 710KW As for nitrous has been in there for a while only for trans brake/ burout
  11. This vehicle at this moment is being developed and dedicated to quarter mile racing, at this point it is towed to all any race tracks, it makes it easy too unload of the trailer and drive straight to the start line. To make this car street-able very easy (EG: fuel & Tyre change and fit cat& rear exhaust) STREET READY
  12. Heathcote Race way is an average of 1 to 1-1/2hours drive from Melbourne depending where your heading from most car are put on trailers/tow trucks.
