I know that most people run on MT's mate. "Street tyres" - With everyday tyres that we use on the road, not MT's or anything. Do not know how to simplify this anymore to you. Was just trying to figure out if anyone has ran a 11sec down the quarter without SLICKS....

My questions is, What is the quickest F6,XR6T in manual on street tyres only. Yes I know the quickest is 11.1 on slicks etc, but I have other plans on my mind before moving onto racing with slicks at this stage... With only running 283rwkw, with 60% tread left on street trim tyres, track was also a little slippery, I managed to pull a 12.80 114MPH, which I was quite happy with regarding these conditions.

Ahhh, actually that would be me with the left spotty not working LoL... And I have silver FPV 20's on my car, Doubt NVYDF6 have the same RIMS as mine also???

Just an update... There is now 17+ F6's already coming to this cruise... The route is yet to be set also...

Just thought I would let the members here know and be aware of the F6 Owners Cruise that happens in Melbourne... Firstly, this only includes FPV Turbocharged Vehicles from BA-FG's such as F6 Typhoon/Tornado/Force6/F6310. If anyone is interested please let me know, & feel free to PM me. The date for the next cruise is 7th of February Sunday, more details will follow and I will update of any changes. Also just to give you an idea how the first cruise was

You do say it comes from the front somewhere right... It clearly doesn't sound right mate and even though you say it ddrives fine and such I wouldn't take the risk of driving it till this problem is solved... By any chance could it be your tensioner on the belt? Just an idea mate. Put a screw driver on that or on the bearings there buddy and try to hear for the sound... Let us know how you go, goodluck

Hey guys, not sure if your aware of the new ( Just noticed it a month or so ago) aftermarket XR8/GT bonnets which are full steel... What are your thoughts and who has tried these? Would like to get opinions as im thinking of purchasing one and was wondering how they fit up, ie; do they line up well with the panels, quality, etc??? Oz,
