Well I thought I should posts some pics of the new beast as it seems to compulsary. Sorry about the wait, but you know how it is. This was the first time it has sat still for more than five minutes sice she came home with us. But I think that was only so she could have a bath.

Picked up the 'BEAST' last night. And what more can I say but, GIDDYUP! I can't get enough of this. But as usual when I buy a new car, a bloody huge storm comes through Brizzie doesn't it. Luky, it didn't bloody hail like they said it might. But anyway will post picks after I give the beast a wash this weekend.

I JUST GOT THE CALL FROM MY DEALER, MY 'T' HAS ARRIVED! :o AND I CAN PICK IT UP THIS AFTERNOON!! BUT! AFTER A CALL TO MY FINANCE COMPANY THEY HAD TO GO AND POST OUT THE PAPERS FOR MY TO SIGN SO WON'T GET THEM TILL THIS AFTERNOON, :cussing: THEREFOR WON'T BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE NEW BEAST UNTILL EITHER LATE TOMORROW OR EVEN THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE THEY CANT PULL THEIR FINGERS OUT AND GET WITH THE PICTURE BUT ANYWAY WILL HAVE IT FOR THE WEEKEND SO I CAN LOOK AT IT IN THE ADD BREAKS FROM BATHURST!!!!!!!!!! AND TAKE IT FOR A SPIRITED DRIVE BEFORE AND AFTER. :o

I am still waiting for the delivery of my 'T' but am doing as much research as posible for future upgrades. I would like to know how much everyone is paying for their upgrades, what they are getting for their money and who is the best for the job? And if so what implications it has on your warranty? And once you have the upgrade done do you or can you still have it serviced at your ford dealer or will their machines not know what is going on because of the extra boost etc. that the computer is showing

It would be interesting to see what a SUPERCAR spoiler kit would look like all painted up

Thanks for your opioins! I have changed my order to the sports wheel, if I can still get one on as you are supposed to get it as a factory option. But if worst comes to worst does anyone have any picks of the momo wheel?

I have just heard from my dealer that my car should be in on the 18th of this month for a possible 22nd pickup. But am unsure what steering wheel to put on it? Does anyone have any opinions of the different types of wheels and maybe a pic they could post. I am fortunate that my uncle works for Ford Racing Performance Parts in Brisbane and should be able to get me either the Sports Wheel or Momo. But which one?

I have had 2 previous. The First was a Pulsar ET Turbo, just stock with an exhaust. Went pretty well, I thought it did anyway, for my second car. A few more cars later I got a Series 4 RX7 Turbo and thanks to it being stollen I was fortunate to be able to go to town on the engine with the insurace money as they blew the stock engine up. Went really well did a 12.9 quarter from memory. But my XR6T will be my third turbo and tenth car and cannot wait to get my hands on it. Should be the end of the month.

Has anyone had upgraded their XR6T with the Herrod Motorsport Leather Interior package? What do you think of it for the money and do you have any pic's you can post? I live in Brisbane and spoke to Herrod's yesterday and they said they can pic my car up from the factory an fit the new leather interior before it gets sent up here from Melbourne

Thanks, I think we will be going the auto! with 18's, leather, premium sound, with momo wheel & knob, scuff plates and in sillohette! And get it lowered a bit once I pick it up. Had an AUII XR6 ute in Sillohette and had it lowered and it looked sh*t hot! thanks for your opinion

Hi this is my first post just been reading all of yours for now but, I am about to place an order for my new XR6T and am unsure weather to go for the manual or auto? What are the opinions of you folk who already have them
