big supporter of beyond blue. I have in the past few months known a number of people give into stress and depression, from what appears to be largely economically driven which is most upsetting. if you have any concerns of someone close to you, talk to a professional about how to approch the situation, dont be affriad to seek help on giving help. its a very difficult topic to discuss with those suffering. but do not avoid the issue hoping that someone else closer to them will be there to support them as it is often not the case. it is heartbreaking to hear of people say I wanted to have a heart to heart with them but didnt no how and now its too late. depression for those that are suffering from it is often a life long battle as relapse can easily be triggered. my thoughts are with anyone who has lost someone they know or even know of, remember nothing in life is more important than those around you.

mine read 280 stock, dyno'd at 9000km's. I`d go to a different dyno for a power run, should only cost about 50bucks and see how it goes, then take it for a bash down the 1/4. I wouldnt say the exhaust is restrictive at 260ish rwkw.

didnt you get 335 with exhuast only?

rear leafs need to be reset by suspension shop, was the 600 quote just to fit front springs and refit reset rear leaves? or did it include new shocks? what front springs you got? how low are you thinking of going at the rear?

congrates on the purchase, there is absolutely no sound damper on the rear wall of cabin + there is 2 vents on the back, dynamat is your solution, however just make use you dont cover those air outlets. seemed like a good idea at the time on the bf, really quite but pressurised the cabin with the a/c on, to the point you couldnt close the door with a/c on, and made it run overtime which wore it out. 300 should be pretty easy, I`m yet to start mods on mine but it run 280-284 consistanly on the dyno stock with a cold run of 288 (in an auto) and the afr was as rich as buggery so plenty to play with in the tune get some pics up as im yet to see an f6 in dash and keep us upto speed with how mods progress (also I`m thinking about xr8 bonnet, see really keen to check yours out). loud on the cheap= get rid of a muffler and bash out the cat (but you didnt hear that from me or else the epa will be on to me)
