Fairly happy with the deal. It is costing me $45673.55 with the alloy spare, carpet mats and the four day permit to drive it down to Melbourne. I then need to pay the stamp duty and registration in Vic, that will be $2500.00 Total on road cost will come out at $48,000.00 ish Pete

Hi Guys, A quick thank you to everyone for answering all my questions over the last few weeks. I placed the order today on a 3/2010 G6ET in Winter white with Cashmere interior. Hi Guys, As the title says, who would you recommend to do the change over in Melbourne. Just wondering who people have used in the past, would probably look at putting an M86 LSD into the car after purchasing. I need either supply and fit or fit only if I buy a diff from a wrecker. Hi Anchor, I think at this stage I am either going a 5/2010 G6E Turbo for $52640 drive away. or a 4/2010 G6E Turbo demo with 1000klms for just under $49,000 drive away. Thought I would wait until Tuesday to see if there are any more factory incentives.

Hi guys, Looking at a couple of options at the moment and have come across a 12 month old G6E Turbo with 5,500klms for sale privately. The concern I have is it has had a capa flash tune and stainless exhaust system fitted. I spoke to a ford dealer who looks after our company cars and indicated the exhaust was not a problem but the flash tune is should there be any engine related warranty issues. Just wondering what experience people have had and if it is worth taking a punt and buying this car, price is in the very low 40'S Thanks for your advice.

Have done some more shopping, best deal at this point is $49411.00 on the road for a fresh build auto sedan in Nitro with lux pack, tech pack, side thorax airbags and carpet mats. What does everyone think ? Pete

Thanks for the feedback guys, its probably more a case that I would option it for the colour screen and any improvement in sound is a bonus. I had an FG turbo for the weekend some time ago with standard screen and must admit I had trouble reading it at times. (must be getting old) just thinking the colour screen may be a better option long term. All gets down to how much more I have to pay for it. Cheers, Pete

Was in at Knox Ford today, G6ET in silver with black $46,707 drive away or seduce with cashmere and 19s for $48,520 drive away. These are registered demos that have not been driven, part of a 2009 plated clearance. Good value me think. Cheers, Pete

Was in Knox Ford today having a look. They have registered a heap of 2009 demos that are not being driven. I am looking at either a silver with black G6E Turbo for $46,707 drive away, a seduce with cashmere and 19s for $48,514 drive away or a Nitro blue XR6T auto with tech pack for $40,507 drive away. All cars have done around 150 klms. Spoke to a guy there called Greg Russell who was good to deal with. Waiting on work to confirm car allowance. Cheers, Pete
