I would use Penrite HPR GAS 10 mate. It's a 10w-50 semi synthetic and is designed for exactly that application. As for plugs use the genuine Motorcraft Denso SK20R7, they are long lasting and also an iridium plug.

Has anyone tried swapping out compressor covers on their stock wheeled 3582r's.....Without upgrading the wheel. I have a ported .70 cover in the garage I'd like to throw on but would like to hear if anyone else has done the cover by itself.

Geez that's up there. Is there anything special about the relay? I was going to run a fused feed from the battery and switch a relay via the original pump power feed.

Oh dear! I can see an aftermarket regulator in sight. I might put a gauge on it and see exactly what the pressure difference is. Are you guys using the standard wiring configuration or have run a new power supply to the sender?

Is anyone using a Walbro 460lph E85 compatible fuel pump in the standard sender unit and if so was there any drama with higher fuel pressure / richer mixture associated with the swap? Cheers!

Threw the FG on the rollers yesterday arvo at TMS Townsville and it made an easy 353rwkw at 17psi on BP 98 ULP 2008 FG XR6T ZF auto 98,000 k's Minimal Mods -Process stage 2 Cooler and piping -60lb injectors -Stock BA turbo with 9psi actuator -Stock exhaust with Center muffler removed -HP Tuners

Works fine now, I sprayed the solenoid with CRC and noticed the plug not clipped on properly also. Either one of the 2 was the cause not sure, must have bumped it off while fitting new turbo.

I have not had the opportunity to log boost error yet but im getting a flat 10psi across the board. DC table from .3xx to .9xx makes no difference. P and I changes seem to have no effect either. Also looking at max dc value set to 0, whereas on the BA this would be 1. 9psi actuator
