Fg Dash Gauge Pod

Featured Replies

I'm halfway through constructing a dual gauge holder for the top of the FG dash.

I'll post some pictures in the raw form tomorrow and hopefully by the weekend should be close to completion with it fitted to the car.

I'll be fitting a boost gauge and an Air Fuel Ratio gauge for now.

As I have now got a hold of a Flash Tuner with generic tunes, I want to keep an eye on the AFR until I can get near a tuner.

Here's a couple of pics of my head unit panel and one of the dash panel after the second coat of fibreglass resin.

Nice work mate, I'll be keen to see it when its done. Just know that the AFR gauges flick around alot on these cars

Thanks mate. Yeah I figured as much.

All I'm interested in is making sure it doesn't start to lean out in the top end with my generic tune.

I hate being over 3000kms from a tuner.

Yep, that would suck! Got a dyno near by at all?

Yeah that's only 850 kays away to.

Sucks all round.

That's why I'm fitting an AFR gauge.

Google maps

Crap, you really are in the middle of no where! :hohum:

.. you're only 3800km from my place, there are tuners closer than me I'm sure

Nice stuff Phantmxr6. I'm keen to see the end result. I'm keen to fit something similar to my car.
