I made a new turbo water outlet pipe out of stainless fittings, a brass tail, and a short length of 10mm push-lock hose. I used loctite thread sealant on all the threads so hopefully it doesn't leak. I like it a lot.

It's slightly unconventional but if it doesn't leak it'll do.

Haha I see you're fitting a new turbo xD

If you're gonna do it anyway I may as well help you get it figured out. Do you have a wideband installed?

My 4 inch dump pipe has got the stock o2 sensor screwed in it, that's all.

Im a farmer, im always looking for a different way to do stuff, I see you have a keen eye for a gen2 gtx3582r.

If you're going to a shop for a tune they will just chuck something in the tailpipe. If you're gonna do some home tuning you'll need another fitting in the dump for a wideband. Easy enough to do while it's apart.

I will go to a shop, I havnt learnt to tune. Pisses me off my tuner couldnt stop it boost surging. Another dude tried too, no luck. It all started when I went from a tune of 382 kw stock crossover 10psi at 2500rpm 14psi at 4500rpm all was happy. Then to a hardcore tune 400kw, turbo side intake, 16psi at 2500rpm and it had a hissy fit which he couldnt fix. So im running straight off gate and its mint. Apart from having no electronic safe guards and I cant ramp boost in slow. Which is why I slapped on bigger turbo to get boost later in rpms and keep rods in.

Yeah I know, I remember the story. It is quite easy to fix that issue with the boost control and I'm happy to help you sort it out. If you want to get a cable and the basic version of PCMTec I'll work with you until it's sorted. Obviously you'll need the time to drive around and do the various logging required. If you want trans tuning too you'll need a better version but you can look into that yourself if it's something you want.

Anyhow the offer is there if you want or need it.

Thanks heaps man, I really appreciate the offer. Mine is on hp tuners, would my tuner have to get pcm tech for you to help us?

JETURBO offered to help out for a measly 3k plus 150 for each adjustment. I almost died, and politely declined.

You don't have to use PCMTec, I have used HP tuners a whole bunch before PCMTec was around. The layout is different but tuning is the same. Organise getting your tune file sent to me and I'll get familiar with it. If needed I can talk to your tuner about it and you should be sorted.
