High pitched noise between 90-120

hey guys, I’ve posted this without results before so trying again, as it’s driving me mad

I have a high pitched noise when my foot is on the accelerator between 90-120kms

if I take my foot off it vanishes, as soon as I go over 120, it vanishes 

if I drop to 4th the noise is drowned out by Engine noise, so I’m not sure if it’s still happening

sounds like a reasonant frequency of a wheel that's out of balance or even potentially a balanced wheel with the air rushing around it... maybe a loose wheel well guard or other piece of equipment.
